(English) Ukrainian president awarded a medal for the president of the international congress “shield”

Ukrainian president  Mr.Petr Poroshenko awarded a medal for the  president of the international congress on protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens “shield” ,Dr. Saleh daher  on the occasion  passage  70 years an anniversary of the liberation of Ukraine from  Nazi invaders, Decree No. 829 issued on November 28. 2014 ,This was handed  to the President of the Odessa City Council and a representative of the Veterans General Dobrovolsky Vyacheslav the award and medal were presented by the Ukrainian President to the President of the international congress on protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens “shield” ,for his  great Contribution  in the development  of international relations and Charitable Activities of the human rights in all  over the world and promote Ukrainian relations in the Arab world.
