The international congress on protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens “SHIELD”to participate in the two-day seminar” consultative and advisory structure – models and their effectiveness “, which is held in the framework of the Eastern Partnership program digital computer: Minorities and ethnic and political problems in Belarus , Moldova and Ukraine. “
Organized by the European Centre for Minority Issues, and funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.

The workshop will be held on 30 November and 1 December, 2015 at the Office of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, dedicated to the discussion of the European model of cooperation between the authorities and the public, and on the effectiveness of the interaction of public councils as advisory and consultative bodies with the authorities.

30.11.2015 г. “Международный конгресс по защите прав и свобод граждан “ЩИТ” принять участие в двухдневном семинаре “Консультативные и совещательные структуры – модели и их эффективность”, который проводится в рамках Программы Восточного партнерства ЭЦВМ: Национальные меньшинства и этнополитические проблемы в Белоруссии, Молдове и Украине”.
Организатором которого выступил Европейский центр по вопросам меньшинств, и финансируется Министерством иностранных дел Дании.

Семинар будет проходить 30 ноября и 1 декабря 2015 в Офисе Уполномоченного Верховной Рады Украины по правам человека, посвящен обсуждению европейских моделей сотрудничества между властными структурами и общественностью, эффективности работы и вопросам взаимодействия общественных советов, как совещательно-консультативных органов с властными структурами.
