قيادة المركز الطبي العسكرية في أوكرانيا تكرم صالح ظاهر شهادة شكر وتقدير

قدمت قيادة المركز الطبي العسكري بالمنطقة الجنوبية لأوكرانيا، ممثلة بالعقيد كاليتشوك رمان ديميترفتش، شهادة شكر وتقدير وعرفان لرئيس منظمة الدرع العالمية للدفاع عن حقوق وحرية المواطن وعضو مجلس مدينة أوديسا ورئيس لجنة القوميات والأديان، الدكتور صالح ظاهر.

جاء هذا التكريم تقديراً للمساعدات الخيرية والإنسانية التي قدمها الدكتور ظاهر ومنظمة الدرع للمركز، وللمساهمات الفاعلة في تحسين القاعدة الطبية والتشخيصية بالمركز الطبي العسكري. وأعربت قيادة المركز عن شكرها وامتنانها العميق للجهود الكبيرة والتعاطف الإنساني والعمل النبيل الذي قامت به المنظمة.

وحضر حفل التكريم كل من رئيس دائرة الهجرة السابق ورئيس جريدة الهجرة إيفان بتروفتش، بالإضافة إلى كبير المستشارين القانونيين ألكساندر متياكن وعدد من الشخصيات الرسمية الأخرى، الذين أثنوا على دور الدكتور ظاهر ومنظمة الدرع في تعزيز العمل الإنساني والخيري في أوكرانيا.

ويذكر أن الدكتور صالح ظاهر يترأس منظمة الدرع الدولية واتحاد الصحفيين والكتاب الدولي، كما يشغل منصب الأمين العام المؤسس للاتحاد الدبلوماسي الدولي، وهو معروف بمساهماته الإنسانية والدبلوماسية على الصعيد الدولي.

The leadership of the Military Medical Center in the Southern Region of Ukraine, represented by Colonel Kalichuk Roman Demitrovich, presented a certificate of appreciation and recognition to the President of the International Shield Organization for the Defense of Citizens’ Rights and Freedoms and member of the Odesa City Council, Chair of the Committee on Ethnicities and Religions, Dr. Saleh Daher.

This honor was awarded in recognition of the humanitarian and charitable support provided by Dr. Daher and the International Shield Organization to the center, as well as their active contribution to improving the medical and diagnostic facilities at the military medical center. The center’s leadership expressed their sincere gratitude and appreciation for the organization’s significant efforts, compassion, and valuable humanitarian work.

The award ceremony was attended by the former Head of the Immigration Department and Editor-in-Chief of the Immigration Newspaper, Ivan Petrovich, as well as Chief Legal Advisor Alexander Matiaken and other notable officials, who praised Dr. Daher and the International Shield Organization for their role in promoting humanitarian and charitable work in Ukraine.

It is noteworthy that Dr. Saleh Daher serves as the President of the International Shield Organization, the International Union of Journalists and Writers, and is the founding Secretary-General of the International Diplomatic Union, recognized for his humanitarian and diplomatic contributions on the international stage.
