Urgent Appeal from the International Congress Shield: Stop the Bloodshed in Gaza

The International Congress Shield confirms that more than 18,000 Palestinian children have been killed since the start of the latest Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip — a bloody scene that repeats itself daily before the eyes and ears of the world. These children were not only killed by airstrikes and missiles, but also fell victim to the silence of the UN Security Council, to empty condemnations, and to the dominance of political interests over moral responsibility.
They were executed not only by Israel’s military machine, but also by the false democracies that raise the banner of human rights while turning a blind eye to the most heinous of crimes. They died beneath the rubble of schools, hospitals, and shelters. And they died again when the international community chose to stand by as a helpless — and at times complicit — spectator.
At the International Congress Shield, we have been and remain witnesses to what is unfolding: a full-scale genocide and a man-made famine used as a weapon of war against civilians. We have documented the violations, reported the suffering, and raised our voices — only to be met with walls of indifference and the shameful politicization of humanitarian principles.
What is happening in Palestine can only be described as a disgrace to humanity and a grave crime against childhood, dignity, and the right to life. The children of Gaza are not numbers in reports; they are innocent souls robbed of hope and a future.
We call on the free world, human rights institutions, and every person of conscience to take urgent and effective action. We do not need more cold statements of condemnation — we need:
-
An immediate international investigation,
-
Accountability for the perpetrators,
-
The immediate lifting of the siege,
-
And international protection for civilians.
Enough complicity. Enough silence. Enough hypocrisy.
History will not forgive, and a living conscience will not accept complicity in this crime.
