As part of its continuous efforts to enhance academic, cultural, and humanitarian cooperation, the International Shield Organization for the Protection of Citizens’ Rights and Freedoms, headed by Dr. Daher Saleh, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Odessa State Agrarian University in Ukraine, represented by its President, Professor Dr. Mykhailo Mykhailovych Proshkov.
This cooperation aims to exchange scientific and research expertise, develop academic projects, support students through training and cultural exchange programs, and organize joint seminars and conferences addressing humanitarian and scientific issues.
Dr. Daher Saleh, President of the International Shield Organization, affirmed that the signing of this memorandum represents a new step in building strategic partnerships between academic institutions and civil organizations. He emphasized that the organization gives special attention to education and scientific research, as they constitute a fundamental pillar for achieving sustainable development and promoting human rights.
For his part, Professor Dr. Proshkov expressed his pride in this constructive cooperation, stressing that the university constantly seeks to build bridges of communication with international organizations and renowned research institutions, contributing to the advancement of the academic and scientific levels of its students.
It is worth noting that the International Shield Organization is linked with several treaties and agreements with leading state universities in Ukraine, such as the State University of Humanities in Izmail, the Odesa Polytechnic National University, in addition to many other universities and institutes. This reflects its active role in supporting academic and cultural cooperation at both the local and international levels.
This agreement is considered a new milestone toward strengthening international relations and consolidating the values of cooperation and integration between academic institutions and civil organizations, in the service of future generations.
